Thank you for choosing Cyber Toddler for your cybersecurity services, consulting, and training programs. We strive to deliver high-quality services and an excellent customer experience. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with our offerings, we have a transparent and fair refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

a. Cybersecurity Services and Consulting: Our refund policy for cybersecurity services and consulting is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the respective service agreement or contract. Please refer to the specific agreement for information on eligibility, cancellation, and refund procedures.

Training Programs: If you have enrolled in our training program and wish to request a refund, please reach out to our contact team with your issues. If your request is deemed valid, we will process a refund of your enrollment fee.

2. Situations Eligible for Refunds

a. Service Unavailability: If we are unable to provide the cybersecurity services or consulting as agreed upon in the service agreement due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond our control, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund based on the extent of the unavailability.

b. Cancellation by Cyber Toddler: In some situations, we may need to cancel or resched
ule a service, plan or training programs. If this occurs and you are unable to accommodate the new schedule, you may request a full refund.

3. Refund Procedure

a. Contacting Us: To initiate a refund request, you must contact our customer support team at contact@cybertoddler.com within the specified timeframe outlined in the service agreement or training program details.

b. Providing Information: When requesting a refund, you may be required to provide specific details, such as your name, contact information, invoice or order number, and the reason for the refund request.

c. Processing Time: Refund requests will be processed promptly, and the timeline for receiving the refund may vary depending on your payment method. Please allow up to [7 to 10 days] for the refund to be processed.

4. Non-Refundable Items and Services

a. Used/Downloaded 
Services: Any cybersecurity services, consulting already provided and used cannot be eligible for a refund. As well, Digital products which have already been downloaded.

b. Training Program Enrollment F
ee: Refunds will only be considered for valid reasons that align with our refund policy guidelines. If your reason is not deemed valid, or if you have already completed the training/plan, a refund will not be issued.

 

5. Cybersecurity Skill Development Training Program

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before enrolling in the "Cybersecurity Skill Development Training Program" offered by Cyber Toddler. By enrolling in the Program, you agree to abide by this Refund Policy.
 

1. Refund Eligibility:

  • 1.1 Refunds are applicable only to participants who have paid for a plan within the Program.

  • 1.2 Refunds are not applicable to individuals who have enrolled in the Program with free access or as part of a scholarship or promotional offer.

  • 1.3 Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions specified in the Program's "Terms and Conditions Policy."

2. Cancellation Period:

  • 2.1 Cancellation requests must be made within [3] days of the Plan's start date to be eligible for a refund.

  • 2.2 The start date is defined as the date of enrollment in the Program.

3. Eligibility for Full Refund:

  • 3.1 Participants who cancel their enrollment within the specified cancellation period and have not accessed any Program materials, assessments, or resources are eligible for a full refund.

4. Refund Processing:

  • 4.1 Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • 4.2 Processing times may vary based on the payment method and financial institutions involved.

5. Refund Exemptions:

  • 5.1 Refunds may not be available for participants who have accessed or engaged with any Program materials, assessments, or resources.

  • 5.2 Exceptions to this policy may be considered in cases of extenuating circumstances, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. Cyber Feast Platter Subscription Packages:

  1. Refund Request Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within the specified refund period. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and include the reason for the refund. Please note that the "Instant Access and Setup Fee" are non-refundable.

  2. Eligibility Criteria: Refunds are only available to subscribers who have not accessed any course content beyond the initial enrollment. Once course content has been accessed, refunds will no longer be available.

  3. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within [7 to 10 business days] of receiving a valid refund request. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

  4. Non-Transferability: Refunds are non-transferable and may only be issued to the original payment method used for the subscription purchase.

  5. Exceptions: In exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues or extenuating circumstances, Cyber Toddler reserves the right to issue refunds outside of the specified refund period.

  6. Cancellation Policy: Subscribers who receive a refund for their subscription package will have their access to the platform terminated immediately. Any completed courses or earned certificates will be invalidated upon refund issuance.

By enrolling in a Cyber Feast Platter subscription package, subscribers agree to abide by this refund policy. Failure to comply may result in denial of refund requests.


7. Dispute Resolution

a. Contact Us First: If you encounter any issues with our services or believe
you are eligible for a refund, we encourage you to reach out to our customer support team first at contact@cybertoddler.com. We will make every effort to address your concerns and find a suitable resolution.

b. Arbitration: In the event of a dispute regarding refund eligibility or any other matter related to our services, both parties agree to seek resolution through arbitration in accordance with the laws of [
